The dental industry suffers from “Fear of the Chair.” Most clinic social media accounts feel too clinical, cold, or—worse—completely inactive. Our challenge was to humanize the doctors, simplify complex procedures (like Implants and All-on-4), and build a community around oral health and aesthetic confidence.

Our Creative Approach

• Educational Reels & Video: We produced high-impact, short-form video content that explains procedures in 30 seconds, removing patient anxiety and establishing the doctor as a local authority.
• High-End Visual Grids: We moved away from low-quality phone photos to a curated, professional grid using our custom “Navy & Rose Gold” signature palette, ensuring the clinic looks premium at first glance.
• Interactive Engagement: We utilized “This or That” polls, Q&A sessions with the surgeon, and “Before & After” sliders to increase saves and shares, which signals to the algorithm that the clinic is a top-tier provider.

The Results

Our strategic content management led to a 240% increase in organic reach and a significant rise in direct messages (DMs) asking for consultation prices. By focusing on “Educational Entertainment,” we turned followers into loyal, long-term patients.
